The Advanced Journal of Biomedicine & Medicine (AJBM) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality, reliable, and ethically sound research across the full spectrum of biomedical and clinical sciences. The journal upholds the highest standards of editorial transparency and research integrity, fully adhering to the COPE Core Practices, the ICMJE Recommendations, and the DOAJ Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing. Our mission is to support rigorous scientific communication, promote global accessibility to research, and ensure that all published work meets internationally recognized ethical and methodological standards.

Aims & Scope

AJBM aims to advance knowledge in biomedicine and clinical medicine by providing a platform for rigorous, transparent, and reproducible research. The journal welcomes contributions that improve understanding of disease mechanisms, diagnostics, therapeutics, and health systems.

History & Title Continuity

The journal has evolved from a prior title to better reflect its broadened international scope and focus on contemporary biomedicine. From its inception until Volume 13, Issue 1, the journal operated under the title American Journal of BioMedicine (eISSN 2333-5106). From Volume 13, Issue 2 (2025) onward, the journal continues as the Advanced Journal of Biomedicine & Medicine (AJBM) (ISSN 2978-5804).

All previously published content remains permanently accessible. DOIs and metadata for articles published under both titles are preserved and maintained through Crossref and the journal's digital archiving services. AJBM ensures long-term digital preservation of all published content through recognized preservation partners, including Portico and other archival services. All articles—past and present—remain permanently accessible, discoverable, and citable.
